In 2019, Merit Choice took the EQA (External Quality Assessment) for conventional chemistry, lipids, special protein, myocardial markers, glycosylated serum albumin, cysteine protease inhibitor C, serum amyloid protein A, correctness verification of lipids, enzyme, metabolites, total protein, and obtained the certificates.

The EQA programs were held by NCCL (National Center for Clinical Laboratories) and Merit Choice was qualified in all the assessment programs.
