In response to the statement by the DENKA SEIKEN CO.，LTD. on its website and WeChat subscription number, we make a statement as follows:

I.We respect any third party’s intellectual property rights. After receiving the litigation materials from the court, we asked professionals to make a comparison and analysis and asked a third-party lab to check again. In the end, we come to the conclusion that our behavior does not fall into the scope of protection of the patent right and we have not infringed upon the patent right.

II.The right content DENKA SEIKEN CO.，LTD. has claimed is the common knowledge common technicians have and is not a creative idea. We have submitted a letter to State Intellectual Property Office to say that the claim is null and void and State Intellectual Property Office has accepted and heard the case.

III. DENKA SEIKEN CO.，LTD. has damaged the commercial reputation of our company by spreading and describing something without any judicial decision. Our company has asked lawyers to collect evidence and will defend our rights through legal action.

Our company respects any person’s intellectual property right and hopes to foster a harmonious competitive relationship with other companies. As for the news and report that is untrue and misleading, our company will defend ourselves resolutely.
